Ma and Pa Edwards and the Edwards family...
We had great kids who pulled the cart the entire way. We also had an 8 pound baby made of sand (Lydia) that we each had to take turns carrying the entire time. It was hard but the kids never complained...what pioneers!!! We were also blessed with our Aunt Valerie, she was the best! We loved being Ma and Pa and loved our 10 kids, they were amazing and it was so fun getting to know all of them. We are already excited for Dylan to go in 4 years! The weather was perfect, not too hot in the day and not too cold at night. We slept under the stars 2 nights and it was great, it helps being so exhausted that you don't care where you are!

That is so awsome. We have never lived in a ward that has done that. We have always wanted to. Those kids were lucky to have such cool ma and pa's.
Marc. I'm so glad to see your pictures, looks like so much fun. I'm sure you and Matt were the cutest, funnest Ma and Pa.
What a cool experience, whenever someone tells me about going on a pioneer treck I get a little bit jealous! Looks like you had a great time!!!!!
Loved the pictures. Glad you had a good experience. It is so good for those kids...and the adults. We'll have to talk sometime soon about it. Glad you did it!

Wow Marc- Impressive. Looks like fun, but looks hard- I'm impressed!
I wish I had you guys as my Ma & Pa when I went on our trek! :) It is such a great experience! I remember having so much fun when I went on ours. Great job! Love the pics! Love you!
Wow! What a cool experience. I have always wondered what one of those pioneer treks would be like. I bet it was exhausting; I am sure it would also be rewarding.
